"Hey I'm Rachel, the founder and director of Silly Wagz Bridal Pups!
I am a driven business owner with a passion for creating a positive working environment where we make sure your fur-babies are involved in your special day, stress free!
I am an experienced dog handler and have for many years been working with dogs of all sizes and temperaments.
I have completed my Animal First Aid course and in recent years I have been 2IC and a step-in manager at a wonderful daycare in Geelong! This allowed me to experience a wide range of temperaments and how to best handle each dog's individual needs.
I have a passion for making you and your pup’s special day run as smoothly as possible.
I know how important it can be to include your fur-baby in your wedding, so it is always my goal to make this happen.
I love seeing the bond between owners and their dogs and can't imagine doing anything else with my time!
Meet Tobi! Tobi started with Bridal Pups not long after we opened, mid 2022. Anything to do with animals Tobi wants to learn more! She is constantly growing her knowledge and trying to be the best she can in the animal industry. Tobi is your perfect girl for keeping your pups as calm as possible and giving those extra nice cuddles!

“Hi, I’m Tobi and I adore all things animals! I currently work at a boarding kennel, with Silly Wagz, and also run a pet sitting and walking business!
I have a Bachelor of Zoology and Animal Science from Deakin University, qualifications in Animal First Aid and CPR, a Certificate II in Animal Studies, and many years of experience with dog handling, including reactive and anxious dogs.
I enjoy going for nature hikes, spending time with family and friends, and gaming! I can’t wait to be a part of your special day.”
Meet Mia! Mia started with us mid 2023 and enjoys nothing more than bringing your pups along to your special day, stress free.
Mia’s soothing nature is perfect for helping your pups through what can be an overwhelming day, and loves to give out good cuddles!

“Hey, I’m Mia and I’m a passionate vet nurse and animal lover!
I’m currently studying a Bachelor’s degree of Animal and Veterinary Bioscience to peruse a career as a veterinarian.
In my spare time, I also work as a dog sitter/walker meaning I have a lot of experience with a range of different pets and their personalities.
I have two elderly pups, a cavoodle and french bulldog as well as a cockatiel who are my three best friends!
In my spare time I love walking, going to the beach and relaxing with some yoga.
I’d love nothing more than to care for and give lots of cuddles to your best friend on your special day!”
Meet Monica! Monica joined the Bridal Pups team in July 2023.
Monica has gained a lot of experience with all breeds and temperaments over her time and especially knows how to care for those anxious pets.
Monica is currently working as a veterinarian so she has a heart of gold! Monica wants to make sure every pet is comfortable and happy throughout the whole day so knows exactly how to keep your pets as calm as possible.

"Hi! I'm Monica! I studied a Bachelor's in Animal Bioscience at University.
I have previously volunteered in shelters, worked as a vet nurse and am now working as a veterinarian. This has given me a lot of experience with all breeds and temperaments, especially anxious pets.
I have one cat, who loves to give cuddles, but I also look after my sister's dog Bandit from time to time.
In my spare time I like to read, go on nature walks and enjoy chilling out at home!
I have always surrounded myself with pets since I was younger and it is now my pation to bring your fur-babies along to your special day!"
Meet Alisha! Alisha joined the team at the start of 2024 and is very passionate about caring for your fur-babies on your special day.
As Alisha works as a groomer, she knows exactly how to keep your pups calm in an overwhelming situation!

“Hi, I’m Alisha! I have worked in the dog grooming industry for the last 6 years starting as a bather. After my first shift I knew instantly that I adored working with dogs and couldn’t wait to build my career further.
I have spent the last few years learning and growing within the industry as a canine stylist, working with some award winning groomers by my side. I am also certified in pet first-aid and CPR.
I live in a very full house of 5 animals; my standard poodle Theodore, 2 dachshunds Pumpkin and Milo, and 2 cats aka the ‘foster fails’ Marley and Loki.
I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life and find myself so lucky to spend everyday meeting new dogs of all shapes and sizes. I can’t wait to grow in the Bridal Pups family and bring your pets along for your special day!”
Meet Mia! Mia joined the Bridal Pups family at the start of 2024.
Mia has a big passion for helping animals and is currently working as a Vet Nurse whilst she’s not helping out with weddings!
Mia loves nothing more than bringing your fur-babies along to your special day and becoming their best fur-iend!

“Hey I’m Mia! I am a part time vet nurse, who has had a passion for animals since I was a kid. I have 4 labradors; Poppy, Lola, Chico and Doris, chickens and stick insects.
In my spare time I love to take my dogs for a run at the ovals and sometimes to the beach. I also play beach volleyball every Tuesday for a bit of fun.
I have a Certificate 2 in animal studies and a Certificate 4 in Veterinary Nursing. I have previously volunteered at a welfare farm where I have experienced many different animals all shapes and sizes.
I’m so excited to look after your fury friend on your special day!”
Meet Rikki! Rikki joined the Bridal Pups family in October 2023 and is based in Adelaide! Rikki is one of our experienced vet nurses with 8 years in the industry.
Rikki has such a calming nature making it easy for your fur-babies to become best friends with on your special day!
Here’s a little bit from Rikki -
“Hey! I’m Rikki. I have been a qualified vet nurse for 8 years. I have my Cert 4 qualification in Veterinary Nursing as well as being a Registered Vet Nurse through VNCA.
Previous to vet nursing I worked at a boarding kennel for about 7 years and have always been surrounded by dogs for as long as I can remember.
In my spare time, I love reading, meditation, making clay earrings and spending time in nature.
I have two cats at the moment - Rory (my beautiful 8 year old ginger) and Shadow (my almost 18 year old grumpy nanna) but I am a huge dog lover!
Lucy (pictured) is my parent’s kelpie who I love to steal for hiking adventures and day trips to the beach.
I also enjoy taking photos of animals and I can’t wait to capture your fur-babies and help make them apart of your special day!”
Meet Kate! Kate is one of our Chauffeurs based in Adelaide and started with us in October 2023.
Kate is our doggy daycare worker and has over 8 years experience!
Kate is perfect at being your pups number one supporter on your big day!

“Hi I’m Kate! I’ve had 8 years experience working in a dog day care. I have always loved being surrounded by dogs, especially growing up with my mum being a veterinarian which is where my love of animals developed.
I am also currently a full time dental student and in my spare time I love walking Maverick (the golden in the photo!) on the beach, going to the gym/pilates and travelling whenever I can.
I’m so excited to be a part of the Bridal Pups team here in Adelaide and I can’t wait to meet you and your fur-babies!”
