What our Bridal Pups Chaperone Service Includes:
Initial Consultation / Quotation -
- A free consultation via telephone once we have received the completed form, to go over your requirements and to answer any questions
- A quotation is then generated and sent via email for your consideration
- An organised 'meet & greet' will be arranged closer to the wedding date so that we can get to know your pups and go over any requirements
Pre Wedding Care -
- Collection of your dog/s from an organised location prior to the wedding
- 30min de-craziness walk to get out any wedding jitters. This can be done around the suburbs of the pick-up location or at the venue
- Brush and deodorize to make sure they look and smell amazing
- Complementary dress up in any of our props: eg. velvet collars, leads and bow ties, floral collars and tuxedo bandanas. (The collars, leads and bow ties are all handmade by us from Silly Wagz Dog Accessories! These are also available for purchase at a discount rate.)
- Safe transportation of your pups to the wedding ceremony and/or photo session
Wedding Participation -
- We will arrive early enough to allow time for your pups to settle in to the environment and greet the guests
- Assisting with their role in the ceremony, whether that be as the ring bearer, flower pup, walking down the aisle, or just being there for you to say 'I DO'
- We can assist them with any of this to keep them calm or we will be happy to stand or sit wherever you would like and have someone from the wedding party take them
- Provide care and assist the photographer whilst trying to get that perfect snap, with lots of treats and their favourite toy
- Constant cuddles throughout the day and toilet breaks
Post Wedding Pet Care -
- Chaperone your pup/s to an agreed location to settle for the night (back home, to a neighbours, kennels etc)
- Dinner, cuddles/playtime, medication (if needed) and put to bed at the end of a very big day
- We will also send FREE behind the scenes photos of your dogs on the wedding day for you to keep
- Send updates throughout the day so you can rest easy knowing they are in the best care!
Rates:
For Geelong our rates start at $390 for 3.5 hours of care. This includes everything listed above from the moment we pick up your pup/s to when we drop them off for the night.
Taking into account travel time and everything listed above prior to ceremony, if you feel as though you would like us there for longer than 3.5 hours, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
If you or your venue is located outside of a 30km radius from our location in Geelong, there will be a travel fee which will be worked out depending on your location.

If you are not wanting the full package and only want your pup/s there for the photoshoot, we will work out a price to cater for your wishes.
For additional pets, a fee of $40 per pet will be required.
To keep in line with CPI there will be an increase in our service fees for any bookings for weddings in 2024. These rates start at $430.

Insured -
You can rest assured knowing your pup/s are in the best hands, as we come with over 8 years’ experience in dog handling and fully insured if anything were to go wrong.

To secure your wedding date we do require a 50% deposit. The remainder will then be due 28 days prior to the wedding.
A contract agreement will also be sent out via email to be completed, signed and returned.
